At 14 metres long and weighing 26 tonnes, this giant is powered by an 11.4-litre Caterpillar turbo diesel engine. Its dashboard, reminiscent of an aircraft cockpit, showcases the level of onboard technology available as early as the 1990s.
Designed as a true residence
Despite its impressive dimensions, the motorhome was designed for just two people. Bedroom, bathroom, television, safe, air conditioning and heating: everything was designed to offer Carroll Shelby exceptional comfort while travelling.
From Shelby to Belgium
Found almost by chance on eBay, the motorhome was purchased by a passionate enthusiast who brought it back to Belgium along with its original documents and certificates bearing Carroll Shelby’s name. Today preserved by Gentleman Car, it offers a glimpse into a more intimate side of the Shelby legend.
