Classic Car and Motorcycle Show – American Day in Toulouse, what an adventure!
You are remarkable.
Our Carroll Shelby motorhome is generating exceptional enthusiasm at the American Days show in Toulouse. Many of you have been waiting to see it, and we sincerely thank you for your interest.
For those who weren’t able to get all the information during the visit, here’s the gist.
This motorhome is Carroll Shelby’s personal vehicle, custom-built in 1991 as a true paddock truck. From its inception, it offered a level of comfort rarely seen at the time: a full bathroom, a separate bedroom, underfloor heating, full air conditioning, a safe, and the original television. It still retains its authentic equipment and unique documents: purchase invoices from 1965, technical manuals, and original correspondence.
This is an exceptional historic vehicle, directly linked to the man who left an indelible mark on automotive history.
Our congratulations to the organizers of the Auto Moto Classic Show and American Day Meet for the quality of this event.
Thank you to Fred for his commitment, to the Automobile Club du Midi for hosting us, and to the large crowd that attended. Sandy and I were honored to be the godmother and godfather of this event.
Thank you also to Shelby Gentleman Car for bringing their impressive collection, to our partner Schumacher Boosters, and to our close friends and family who were there with us.
We will remember these past few days for the warm atmosphere, the visitors’ continued interest in our Shelby Village, and the exemplary professionalism of the organizers.
Special thanks to:
